Day 18 of #marchwhole30! If you go back to my 7 ways to make your #whole30 easier (link in profile), you’ll remember I said to keep it simple. My boys ate gluten free pizza while I grabbed some ground beef I needed to use from the fridge, threw in S&P, ground garlic, cumin, dried onion granulates and fried it up as a burger in a skillet. Then placed it over spinach, sun-dried tomato, and a drizzle of olive oil, and @tessemaes ranch. Fast, painless meal that was super tasty and satisfying. Gasp! And of course avocado. I try to find an excuse to top everything with an avocado, or egg, or both. Yes, I totally encourage you to throw an egg on it!
