Something that is flexible enough with whatever stage you’re in— hold onto that 👌🏽
It amazes me how many different gyms, classes, trainers, studios and even apparel I’ve paid for over the years. The one that was all the rage at the time or the workout clothes I just had to buy to get motivated again.. y’all know how that goes! 😉 It’s a lot but if feeling good comes from those things I didn’t think twice untillllll I decided to try something out that not one of my friends or family had done. A gym that wasn’t a gym, a meal plan that wasn’t some strict actual plan, a community that included the most genuine gals and a smoothie that replaced the million gummy vitamins I ate or multivitamins I had such an issue swallowing daily.
That flexible something that makes me a better me, somehow gets my buns outta bed early most mornings, thankfully kept this body active during pregnancy, and nowadays helps keep my energy high and my body strong since I’ve gotta heavy little babe on my hands.
As soon as I get this child of mine to bed, I’ll be chatting with lots of you ladies about this! The ones who want a healthy body before trying to start a family, gals who are currently pregnant and want their little miracle to stay healthy in there, postpartum mamas who are trying find sanity and happiness, and gals who just like me, started when they got engaged. How freaking awesome that this works for ALL the stages! ☺️
