I need to talk about this gorgeous man for a minute.
He is my rock, my cheerleader, my chef, my best friend, & biggest fan.
For the past 4 months, Greg has been slaying this stay-at-home-dad gig. He's so incredibly patient with the kids, plays with them all day, and still somehow manages to get more dishes and laundry done than I was ever able to do when the roles were reversed 😆
He's basically superman! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We had made this transition once before but this time was different. My personal growth wasn't in a place where the pressure of being the sole income earner was beneficial for my mental health & our relationship wasn't in a great place.
So when the time came again for him to hang up his Whole Foods chef gig, we were kinda thrust into a decision we wanted to make but were too scared to do so. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I had plans, ideas, and dreams to expand my business and myself... But I was drowning with him being gone even as little as he was. The security of having one non-entrepreneur earner & health insurance (and let's not mention that killer grocery discount) was comforting, but began to hold us back. To hold me back.
Greg has believed in me every step of way. He catches me when I trip & second guess myself. He supports all my crazy ventures and just flows with how fast things have shifted the past few months. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
He dreams with me. He plans with me. He's growing with me. He supports me. He calms me. He encourages me.He plays a huge role in my 3 rapidly growing businesses. He is the reason I can do everything I'm doing. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
He deserves all the praise and all the shoutouts. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Plus that man bun of his thick wavy hair & trimmed up beard is really doing it for me 😜😏
