Curried Veg #Bhajis
With #Autumn roasted #squash, yellow & red carrots (steamed first), peppers, & kale & petit pois, all the spices & #gramflour (cause it's the best), shallow & lightly fried in avocado oil, served with #wildrice, radicchio & cucumber that I almost forgot.
My favourite way to have these, sandwiched between cucumber (but you gotta sprinkle a few crystals of Himalayan pink salt & drizzle lemon juice on it first), or dipped in my brother's homemade raw #mangochutney (3rd pic), or in his squash curry, or wrapped in lettuce or a gramflour salad wrap, or on a plate with I dunno something, that's if there's any left cause gutsy over here fries & eats or just eats if she hasn't made em 😊
I almost forgot, so you know how Autumn looks like all the #roastedveg, at least for me, well once upon a whole lot of magic, one day after I made bhajis, I had roasted veg chickpea pasta & I chopped the leftover ones into little chunks & just like folded em in, oh my dayys! it was the best pasta dish I've ever made (channeling my inner Soma from the anime Food Wars!: Shokugeki no Soma).
Also I know we're technically in Winter (hold on...December, January, February, ye...wait... the Winter solstice isn't til the 21st, sooooo...🍁), but if the trees are still raining leaves of fire & they're not completely bare & all the fallen ones aren't brown & ready to return to the ground & become something else, then... Autumn's only just phasing out, which means there's still some Autumn left! 🙌😊🔥🍁🍂 Happy Sunday, though that's phasing out too this side of the pond 🙏💜💛 #homemade #vegan #plantbased #glutenfree #wheatfree #yeastfree #eggfree #dairyfree #soyfree #msgfree #caffeinefree #food #seasonalfood
