I often hear either "I have to" or "I can't " from people. In those statements there is an assumption that we do not have control over our choices. Reality is that there are consequences to all actions, sometimes good and sometimes bad, or even horrible. There are "shoulds", like we should hopefully be nice to others.
Realizing how much control you have over your choices leads to the ability to make better choices and feel self-empowered. 👉Ability to choose to take steps closer to love, happiness, kindness, creativity, independence, belonging, closeness, success, productivity. ◾
