It took about 2 miles of those rolling hills before I got into a groove. Once I did, the run actually felt good. If I’m being honest, sometimes I really don’t like to run. I’d much rather walk, bike, or do Zumba. I keep at it bc 1) it’s good for me in so many ways 2) I have #goals 3) it clears my head 4) unlike most activities, running makes my endorphins POP!
At the end of the day, I do what’s good for me. I hope you all are doing something that’s good for you, something that makes your HR go up, makes your arteries smile, and relieve some stress, whatever that may be(swimming, dancing, biking, hiking,walking,etc). 5.5 miles ✅
