If you've been paying attention, you'll realize that whatever you've learned in your life, you go through a series of steps you may refer to as the learning process.
You initially learn the basics, principles, methods, basically nuts, and bolts of the entire process from start to finish.
Maybe not in its entirety. But in chunks mostly.
Then, you begin to either expand upon that or try to imitate what others are doing.
So, your brain works harder than your haters trying to bring you down, to learn the process.
You suddenly realize, oh my God, I really suck at X, to I'm really good at this X thing.
And you go through this cycle of being terrible at something to being good at something multiple times until you have it down.
Becoming an expert at something isn't any different.
You use the same process to master your craft.
You have just forgotten how to do as you have lost your spark with being curious about everything as you were in your adolescence.
So, the only thing you need to do now is to get out of your own way.
And let your natural process flourish and bloom, without casting any judgment or criticism.
That's your kryptonite.
Becoming an expert in anything requires patience.
Not in doing hard work, but in realizing that you ought to get out of your own way. Focus only on doing what works. Remove and move on from whatever gets in your way.
If possible, get a mentor or coaching. That has the highest probability of a successful outcome.
Let your brain assimilate, organize, and integrate everything you've learned.
Then, expand upon that after you have built your foundation.
This way, you'll stay on track.
And the momentum you would have achieved will keep your motivation on steroids.
Then you reap the results and repeat the process as many times as you need.
So that's your formula to become an expert, master, or ninja at what you do.
See you becoming an expert in your field
