prior to the holidays I was working out a lot and eating regular healthy food.
during my trip to Maui, I took it up a notch in my nutrition! Ali and I made our own food as much as possible, ate clean from a garden for days.
I checked my body composition today, turns out...I lost a lot of body fat during this trip and my muscle mass stayed almost intact (we hiked and swam, sure), but took many naps on the beach, many! And here's one beach we loved!
