-SESAME CHICKEN WINGS RECIPE. Ingredients: 12 chicken wings, 1 tbsp coconut oil, 2 tbsp honey, 2 tsp sesame seeds, 2 tsp poppy seeds. Method: Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan). In a large frying pan, heat coconut oil over a medium heat. Season the chicken with a little salt in both sides and sauté for 2-3 mins until the skin is brown and crisp. Then flip chicken and brown it lightly all over. Transfer to a baking tray and cover each wing with the honey. Sprinkle with seeds and roast for 8-10 mins until cooked through. Easy!
