Surviving the first months home with a newborn was a lot easier since we cooked and froze meals before hand. To save space, freeze soups/stews/sauces flat โ˜‘๏ธ in gallon-size bags, then store vertically like a file โ˜‘๏ธ. Always label and date! Use a magazine rack for containment in upright freezers. โ˜‘๏ธ No fancy supplies needed!

Think Iโ€™m getting use to how I look now, looking less like a โ€œRunnerโ€ (I get this ALOT, ppl thinking im a marathon runner lol), and hopefully looking more like a bodybuilder ๐Ÿ˜ฌ unfortunately for me, my body decides to have most of my food gainz going into my midsection first -> legs-> then arms last. This is what most people call the pear shape body ๐ŸŒ damn it. Ok back to grinding.

Chorizo, pepper & mushroom Tortilla. Super quick and tasty, but you can use the same method with whatever is in your fridge.
This can be eaten hot or cold, so makes a good pre prepared lunch or breakfast.

Try to cook extra servings every time you cook. Making more than enough for one meal means you've got options on hand for other times when you may not be able to or want to cook. I didn't get home until 8pm last night and I was so hungry. Luckily I had two more servings of coconut chicken soup that I just wanted up and added some fresh tomato and cilantro to. Quick, easy, and nourishing. When you are tired and hungry is when you are more likely yo reach for convenience goods instead. Don't put yourself in that situation ๐Ÿ˜‰

-SESAME CHICKEN WINGS RECIPE. Ingredients: 12 chicken wings, 1 tbsp coconut oil, 2 tbsp honey, 2 tsp sesame seeds, 2 tsp poppy seeds. Method: Preheat oven to 180ยฐC (160ยฐC fan). In a large frying pan, heat coconut oil over a medium heat. Season the chicken with a little salt in both sides and sautรฉ for 2-3 mins until the skin is brown and crisp. Then flip chicken and brown it lightly all over. Transfer to a baking tray and cover each wing with the honey. Sprinkle with seeds and roast for 8-10 mins until cooked through. Easy!
