I keep it simple
•Bed of lettuce (spring mix/romaine)
• some kind of protein either chicken, ground beef or tuna
• Bolt house dressing
Usually I make homemade “chips” with Lavash Wrap (check my highlights for recipe-!)
I thrive on eating big delicious meals

One of the reason I’ve stayed in hostel has nice kitchen I am really enjoying to cook for local fresh ingredients even though I like go to nice local restaurant when I travel

Vacation for a week....food was great, company was awesome , the sun was on point , and the alcohol was flowin’ .... had a GREAT time!! Last year this would have been a week of complete over-indulgence and my attitude was “screw it... I’m just gonna eat/drink whatever since I’m just gonna gain weight . And did I mention all the “stretchy” clothes that would have been in my suitcase?? Not this trip!! I ate and drank what I wanted and only gained 3 pounds!!! What changed?? Smoke maple applewood pork loin, tomatoes, Indian style rice with lentils and some mushrooms (a little overdone on the BBQ due to a kiddo mess that needed attention)
Matcha Glazed Donuts!! These babies are good but I definitely prefer the chocolate donuts better I’m such a chocolate freak. But workout and meal prep are DONE! Time to tidy up the apartment now and eat dinner .
M5: Mediterranean Salmon with roasted carrots, sweet potato, and onion. With a side of garlic spinach and asparagus! Big dinner for this hungry couple over here
