I am still SW each week but have had so much going on with work meals, hen do, anniversary meal, friends birthday bbq over the last month that my weekends end up me eating so much crap and drinking so much booze I am pretty much maintaining around my last weigh in result as I’m am sticking to my healthy eating mom-fri.. This weekend I have a hen do, but after that I am going to get % back on plan everyday for a month or so to try and loose and not maintain

I’m happier when I cook my own food even when traveling And i’m hooked on #Airbnb because of this main reason: I get a kitchen to cook in I know most of you would rather experience the city’s dining experience .. which can be very entertaining for sure ... BUT for someone who loves to cook I can sure say it is quite an experience too to cook your own meals .
In the past week I only had 2 meals at restaurants, one lunch and one dinner, other than that I prepared and cooked all my food, even prepped my meals to go at the convention when I had a full-day of lectures/workshops .. so no excuses!.
When I’m back home I can barely find enough time to cook during the week, so at most days there is an alternative option where homemade food is available, so I go for that cuz it is still clean home cooked meal .. now that i’m traveling and i got plenty of time on my hands I make time to enjoy the process of feeding myself with best quality ingredients .
I keep it easy & simple and most important healthy ... with limited kitchen tools i can’t really do much but use what’s available (depends on the host and how generous they are ♀️) .. but i do my best .

Day 21/30 Accountability Challenge: With just about a week left of my challenge, I’ve found that eating intuitively, and casually making up routines as I go personally doesn’t work for me. I need the structure, plans, and preparation in order to be completely successful with this lifestyle. That doesn’t mean that I need to diligently track my food on an app, but it does mean that I need to be eating throughout my day. For awhile when I was falling off track, I wasn’t making the time
to eat nutrient dense meals- but instead was mostly snacking and having 1-2 larger meals these last few months. My
mood and focus was off, as well as beginning to lack motivation. All because I simply wasn’t eating enough. This 30 day “reset” has truly been a blessing ! .
