One of my favorite on-the-go BREAKFASTS
WHY do I LOVE it❓❗️❓
-It’s QUICK and EASY to make⏱
-It’s DELICIOUS and VERSATILE (so many flavor options)😋
-Awesome MACROS to keep you feeling FULL for hours✅
How to make it:
1️⃣One serving of plain GREEK YOGURT—approximately 1 cup or 225 grams (Be careful with the amount of yogurt—If you use the individual containers of yogurt, you will need to change other quantities in the recipe to achieve the same consistency)
2️⃣Mix in a dash of CINNAMON
3️⃣Add one serving of PEANUT BUTTER—approximately 2 TBSP or 33 grams. Mix thoroughly.
4️⃣Add one packet of your favorite flavor of instant OATMEAL (I like the strawberry and cream flavor because it pairs nicely with the berries) and mix thoroughly.
5️⃣Stir in your favorite BERRIES (I usually go with strawberries—thinly slice them for a burst of flavor in every bite)
Do you think this combination is a little odd?
I thought so too, but I promise it’s DELICIOUS! Imagine the sweet and nostalgic flavor of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, but in a yogurt parfait😋
This combination is so yummy I’ve been eating it daily for the past 2 years! The fruity aroma is irresistible. The second I open my Tupperware at school everyone asks what I’m eating🍓🍓🍓 I promise you’ll love it!

-Protein: 33 grams
-Fat: 18 grams
💯SAVE TIME in the morning by making it the night before (the longer it sits in the fridge, the better it tastes)
💯Want to make a SMALLER PORTION? Simply use half the yogurt, oats, and PB to achieve the same consistency!
💯Don’t like plain Greek yogurt ? Use FLAVORED GREEK YOGURT instead!
