People often ask me what I eat day to day, this picture shows some key things I consume almost every single day and for me they absolutely keep my body in order inside and out. I believe balance is key and find if I stick to having these daily that I can on occasion indulge in other areas. This is my baseline.
I start my day with a glass of water with juice from 1/2 a lemon. Throughout the day I have at least 2 litres of water. I also have 1/2 litre of coconut water (no preservatives) I have 2 strong coffees per day (early) I also enjoy herbal teas, my favourites being rosehip, ginger and lemon and licorice tea.
I have a daily shot of liquid chlorophyll every afternoon. For my gut health
Natural yoghurt - I go though bucket loads of it ! I use it for everything and on everything.
I have it with fruits and porridge for breakfast.
I put it in smoothies.
I add it to curries.
I use it as a replacement to sour cream on veggies and when making tacos
I use it as a butter replacement on sandwiches & wraps. Basically I should be a tub of yoghurt I love it !
Apple cider vinegar - I use this for salad dressings and also have a shot of this if I haven't had my Lemon drink in the morning. Kombucha - this is my version of soft drink. I love it and have one 400ml bottle most days. Good fats
Extra Virgin Olive Oil - I use this to cook with, as a salad dressing, in baking rather than butter, I use this as a body moisturizer . (And almond oil)
Natural or dry roasted nuts (almonds and walnuts for me ) are my go to snacks, that and In addition to this, I eat fresh fruit and veggies every day and avoid anything with preservatives in it . (Yep Im that person in the isle reading every label ) I eat either meat, fish or eggs daily.
I don't do bland ever ! - Im mad about flavour and spices and add a gazillion spices, fresh herbs, chilli, lemon, ginger, garlic, pepper to most meals I make.
