🛠PEC BUILDER🛠 - Ok so we all want to work on our TITTY GAINS! - Building a💥BIG💥chest has a lot to do with actually activating the muscle fibres not just throwing weight in a movement which is something I am well aware of I have been guilty of in the past! - On all chest training movements I am now really focusing on lifting my rib cage up and pinning my shoulders back to ensure my Pecs do the work not my front delts and that I don’t roll my shoulders forward and use my traps when I get tired☠️ - I have also tweaked this movement focusing on having a more bent upper arm and trying to think as if im trying to hug a tree, this way I am engaging more of my pec through the movement not just the outside part of the chest at the fully stretched position🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 - If you want to try a 😱NASTY 😱finisher on this, on your last set hold the weight when you hit failure at at the bottom quarter of the movement for 20 second!
