I'm Daya and I work with elite athletes on the mental side of performance. My perfect day involves an early rise (#5amclub !) with solo time to meditate, journal, and workout (yoga, @onepeloton, swimming, biking, running, or #hiit ), followed by a sweet couple of hours playing with my 2 year old before he goes to preschool. The rest day of the day is a beautiful balance of connecting with athletes, spending time on my biotech side hustle, writing and creating. In the evening, I love to cook, eat dinner & play with the family, watch a good show with my husband, and read. All before bed at 9:30. Bam! Perfect Monday. Describe yours below. Then make it happen!
