Die Jenny....😄 ich habe kaum jemanden erlebt, der sich so sehr auf die Ernährungsumstellung gefreut hat!😄 trotz der Erkältung!! Sie ist auch der Beweis für einen guten Spruch: du kannst entweder Ausreden oder Erfolge haben“. Sie ist ständig mit dem Auto beruflich unterwegs, hat ein kleines Baby und Haushalt zu führen. Und trotzdem hat sie sich für das Programm entschieden, weil sie lange gesund und fit für Ihre Kind und Familie sein möchte. Vorbildlich! Wow, I am beyond words! 🤗 this is actually one size down! And all with eating... I am going to start with sports soon, though, to also burn this fat actively and tone the body.

As previously mentioned I’m off to Singapore & Bali today. Weee! So yeah, these are the vitamins I’m brings. Is it aggressive...100%. Is this normal...absolutely not. Here are my three reasons why.

I packed my normal daily vitamins which are actually even more important to take on vacay because meals become so varied, scattered and sometimes suspect. Most likely we are not getting the same amount of nutrients that we would be at home. Also with travelling you really want to make sure that your immune system is robust. Airports and planes are just a breeding grounds for unwanted bacteria and viruses.

On top of my dailies I’m also at the tail end of a protocol so there are additional sups to take. Currently dealing with hormonal imbalances due to chronic stress. Good times. PS. Did you know chronic stress can throw off your hormones and cause awesome side-effects like unexplained weight gain, hair loss, fatigue and digestive issues just to name a few. Ugh.

Parasites! The bane of my traveling existence. I went to Mexico twice last year and both time I got some version of these things. Now don’t freak out. Not talking about big things like worms. If papaya is on your plan give it a try. MB encourages you to try delicious nourishing foods that you may not normally eat. It has a soft flesh when ripe. Cut it in half and scoop out the black seeds and discard. Then you scoop the papaya flesh from the skin and cut into chunks. It’s juicy and mildly sweet and can be served on its own, in salads or as a fruit topping for yoghurt or oats. I’ve eaten it with porridge for breakfast and it kept me full all morning.
Lots of health benefits - high in fibre and nutrients to support good digestion and immunity. The papain it contains is an enzyme which helps to moderate inflammation, supporting digestion and nutrient absorption and may help if you have constipation.
