Noam and Nadia curated an adventurous, flavorful, one-of-a-kind fine dining experience in the form of a pop-up dinner in Marina Del Rey. The setting was an intimate gathering of about 12 friends for whom Noam and Nadia prepared a five course culinary delight. Before they presented each hand-crafted course, Noam would explain the composition of the dish, where ingredients were sourced from, their creative inspiration, and why they were serving it. Throughout the evening each dish seemed more delicious than the last. The first Indian woman to get a Michelin star, Chef Garima Arora once again proves that women in every workspace know how to make a mark. She owns an Indo-Thai restaurant named GAA in Bangkok and makes us proud, being another Indian honoured with the prestigious Michelin star. Born in Mumbai, she decided to chase her dream of becoming a celebrated chef. Her aim is to fuse the rich culinary heritage of India and Thailand.
She has worked with the likes of Gordon Ramsay, Rene Redzepi and Gagan Anand’s. Hers is said to be the first & only restaurant in Bangkok helmed by a Indian woman. Kudos to this Wonder Woman.
