Today’s #joychallenge is intended to help you find whatever you may need, secretly or not. The mission, should you choose to accept it ;-), is to go through the day mindfully. Whatever you are doing, focus on that task.
That means for today, give up multi-tasking. Pay attention to the given moment, what you are doing, what thoughts arise, who is with you, etc.
Spend the day in that way and just see if you don’t have a bit more of whatever you need -- whether it’s peacefulness, joy, rest, or even energy.
