I've never slept in a 5 star hotel nor do I plan on ever sleeping in one in the future. What I do know is that they have lovely trails and views around them. That day it was windy I was walking down a cobble stoned path when I looked out to my left. A single sail boat sailing, what it seemed to be against the wind, the thought flashed in my mind once or twice to sprint across the field and see such a sight. It was too late and I had much more to go on my journey. It was an eventful day before I crossed two fields of wheat on dirt roads, I was lost and a kind elderly woman helped me find my way. I always liked the kindness of strangers, that's the reason why I am so kind to people I just met.

May I take a few minutes of your time and ask you to stop everything and bring the awareness to your breathing?.. Feel how the air fills your lungs with every single inhale. How naturally it leaves your body with every exhale. See how your breathing process happens by itself and you don't even have to do anything. And now... STOP ✋ breathing, hold your breath as much as you can and tell me how are you feeling now? Can you think of anything else but your body? Does anything else even matters? Where was your mind a few moments ago and where is it now? And now, you can release. Come back to your natural breath. Inhale, exhale. Maybe you appreciate it a little bit more now... Well as a part of our human nature we always forget to appreciate the simple things we already have, but only if we lose them we realize how happy we actually were. Take a minute of your day and remind yourself to be thankful for what you have, for your health, your body, your home, your food, your job, your family and friends 🙏🏼 #mindfulness #meditation #breath #yoga #thankful #namaste
