One of the main questions that I get asked by clients about food is "Is this healthy?".
.
And that is never a yes or no answer. My reply and what I want you to ask yourself every time is:

Compared to what?
.
The perfect example is juice. Is drinking juice healthy? Well, what are we comparing it to? Soda or water? If we are talking about soda, then YES. Fresh juice is definitely healthier because it comes from nature and contains loads of vitamins. Whereas soda does absolutely nothing for you or your body.
.
But if we are comparing juice to water then I would vote for water. Although juice has great nutrients, it's also quite high in sugar. So I say drink water and eat your fruits instead!
.
It's always important to put things into perspective. Like everything in life, nutrition is not so black and white. So don't forget to ask yourself: what am I comparing it to? This will always help you make the better choice from what's available to you at the moment.

Sit in a comfortable, quiet place, where you can close your eyes and fully relax. Take a deep breath and relax your body. Then take a deep breath and relax your mind as if it were a blank sheet of paper.
Imagine you’re in a magical place where you can do anything and be anyone you want. Now slowly repeat your anchor words which are the words in italics at the end of the mental practice. As you do, magine practicing and competing with exceptional skill. If you’re distracted, gently bring yourself back to repeating your anchor words.
You can set a timer to know when 15 minutes have passed. When 15 minutes have passed, take a few deep breaths, stretch, and give yourself all the time you need to feel refreshed and ready to go on with your day or night.

Observar en silencio y quietud la alteración de la mente es como ver a un delfín subir de aguas profundas por oxígeno, notarás  es llevada continuamente a la superficie por algo. Déjala fluir, es la naturaleza de la mente el ir de un nivel a otro. Cuando te sientes a meditar no tengas meta alguna. El cuerpo estará relajado y la mente despierta poco a poco irá más a fondo en la consciencia de sí misma y aunque ella decida  salir una y otra vez de esa profundidad por un pensamiento o un recuerdo, no retornará a su existencia previa, puesto que básicamente habrá cambiado.

For many of us, when we feel hurt we lash out at the other person as the cause of our pain 🌿

But realise this, that pain and hurt already existed inside of you (from some time in your past), that person only acted as a trigger and catalyst to bring it out. The other person is NOT the cause. The cause is a pain within 🌿

But it is also not accidental that the other person triggered it either, for most of us have chosen, on a soul level, loved ones and friends who push our buttons so that we may learn and grow 🌿

When you feel yourself feeling pain, get silent for a moment before lashing out, realise that this pain is a gift in showing you an area in which your heart has not yet learned to open. Realise that this very moment is an opportunity for you to have compassion and bring light into that area 💜

Let’s take a moment to reflect on how far we’ve come. Look at your life and all that you have manifested and be truly grateful for all of it.

The newness of things wears off quickly whether it’s a new car, new job, new house, and we quickly forget how much we wanted those things and how hard we worked for those things.
.
I absolutely love the house I built, but the newness has worn off and sometimes I take it for granted. But when I think back to 2009 (when I first learned about LOA) I never would’ve imagined being able to build my dream home. At the time, I lived in a house that cost less than my car does now. I look at my vision boards on Pinterest and realize I manifested it all down to the tiniest details like the knobs on my kitchen cabinets.

Reflecting back on it all fills my heart with so much joy and gratitude and makes me so excited to see what I manifest in the future.
.
Always find gratitude. No matter how much or how little you have, there’s always something to be grateful for. There’s someone out there that would love to have what you have. When you practice this gratitude, you’re opening yourself up to more abundance. Practice it EVERY DAY🙏💜💫

IMPOTENCIA

He descubierto que puedo acortar mi semana laboral hasta llegar a las 15 horas por semana, y que todavía puedo seguir siendo una adicta al trabajo.

A las adictas al trabajo, a las prisas y a estar siempre ocupadas, nos es casi imposible admitir que somos impotentes a nuestra enfermedad. Con lentitud, y frecuentemente, con dolor tomamos conciencia de que simplemente no podemos parar, incluso aunque quisiéramos hacerlo. Si no estamos ocupadas haciendo algo, nos sentimos ansiosas y sin valor. Hemos organizado nuestras vidas en torno al trabajo y simplemente no podemos parar. Eso es impotencia. Nos damos cuenta progresivamente de que nuestro estado de ocupación permanente y nuestro trabajo interfieren en nuestras vidas. Nuestras vidas se vuelven ingobernables. Hay demasiadas cosas por hacer.
Para nosotras es difícil admitir la impotencia, porque podemos hacer más que los demás y estamos orgullosas de tener todo bajo control. A medida que nos hacemos conscientes de que nuestro control es un descontrol, tal vez estemos listas para empezar un camino de recuperación de nuestras vidas.

Solo reconociendo mi impotencia respecto a mi trabajo y a mi estado de ocupación permanente puedo empezar a curarme.

"Balance is not something you find, it's something you create." ☯️🕉️☮️ Finding a work, mommy, life balance is tough. Trying to be everything to everyone can be exhausting. I am slowly learning that I don't have to be everything to everyone, I just have to be present where I am. Easier said than done, I know, but I'm working on it. I find myself struggling most at home, I'm often distracted when I'm with my family, thinking about work, projects or errands that need to be run. In all honesty, home is where I want to be the most tuned in and present. I'm making a conscious effort to stay mindful. I'm beginning afternoon meditation before I pick my son up from school or camp and keeping the phone upstairs. I'll fail, I'll stumble, but at least I'm trying. It is too easy to allow work and everyday life to take time that we want to devote to the things we are passionate about. Writing is my passion. 🐸Omg I literally see frogs everywhere!🐸 Of course, I couldn’t help myself from googling the spiritual meaning of it. Doing that always tells me exactly what I need to hear in that very moment!

The frog represents living between and messanger of two different worlds (water & earth). In my case this feels more like the spiritual and the modern world. For a long time, I had turned my back to modern society for the way things often go there, and how the rational mind is often chosen above and surpressing intuitive feelings. But lately, I have come more and more to the realization that this is part of who I am and that the rational mind is also damn important. It’s time for me to start using my brain again that is also quite developed I can say🤓, and combine it with my strong intuitive, and emotional intellectual side! I don’t know yet when or where, but I will be back modern world...

Det blir emellanåt inte som jag först tänkt när jag skapar. Grundtanken finns där men det färdiga resultatet kanske blir ngt annat. Något bedre! Idag skapade jag utifrån @katarinawennstam ’s sommarprat i @sommarip1 .. När jag hade skapat klart så frågade en av egofinminime - ”men vad har hänt med -> henne ?” .. Du som följt @egofin vet att Gubbarna är just d kön som betraktaren upplever ! Att liten direkt kopplade bilden till ”henne” blev så starkt .. först visst är det ”henne” ..”Henne” som ingen lyssnade på. Utan för mkt detaljer förklarade jag just att ”det vart ingen som lyssnade på henne, å därför är hon ledsen” .. Varpå liten greppade en penna, tittade på mig å sa ”JAG lyssnar. Å nu ska jag skriva det till henne”.. sagt å gjort. #iloveyouiloveyouiloveyou -> älskade du! Du kloka vackra varelse. Don’t forget to look up and to be thankful for the things that are going right. The place I’m house sitting is in an industrial area surrounded by construction noise 7am-3.30pm every week day and loud trucks trundling past and there are no birds or wildlife, but there is this one tree just before the main road that I walk past whenever I go anywhere and it is elegant and sprawling and peaceful. I try to touch it each time I go past and talk to it, thanking it for sharing it’s green with me and giving it empathy for how isolated it must feel from other trees (I know it sounds kooky but I read a study somewhere recently that showed trees do “talk” to each other and keep each other company). When is the last time you touched a tree? It’s such a comforting thing to do. I highly recommend it (even if you feel to shy to tell me here when you do it).

Nuestro espejismo de control muere lentamente. Cuanto más cambiantes e inciertas son nuestras vidas, más caemos en la ilusión favorita de que si no podemos responsabilizarnos simplemente, por lo menos podemos controlarlo todo. Hemos olvidado de que hay una diferencia entre controlar y facilitar un buen trabajo. Los conductores de gestión Robert Blake y Jane Mounton desarrollaron el concepto de estilo de retroceso para los directores de empresa. Con independencia de cuántos directores de empresa estén formando o de lo inteligentes y educados que sean, en condiciones de estrés recurren al estilo del retroceso, que frecuentemente consiste en querer controlar la situación. Por desgracia, el control nunca funciona. No siquiera es posible. Esta es una de las razones por las que sentimos estos fracasos.

Poner una situación bajo un Poder Superior no es fácil en condiciones de estrés, aunque probablemente es cuando más necesario es hacerlo.
