Good morning everyone!
This is a fairly new scene to me, having discovered a patch of woodland around Stourhead Gardens recently. I love angles within a scene that tend to split a frame in half - here you’ve got a nice split of sky and land, and I wanted to use that. I also happen to love woodland!
The morning was really atmospheric, with mist hovering around the treelike, but with the sun just starting to break through and, for me, that really helps with separating the subject from the background…it adds depth! The more I walk around the gardens, the more I’m struck with just how many hidden gems there are to find, but also just how much genius went in to creating the gardens in the first place. It’s a constant joy
Have a great day everyone!
