Tonight I sit at home and I work on my coaching and I sit back and think about where I was 3 months ago , 6 months ago even a year ago. For those who know me know that I am that introverted person who doesn't stick out at a party or who's the life of the party lol and I'm totally okay with that . But since I started coaching it's really made me come out of my shell made me have to reach out to people have to talk to people. And I couldn't be more proud of myself by being more social and getting out of my comfort zone. By doing these kind of things I get to experience what it feels like to help people. To feel the excitement that people get when they conquer their fears and it's not just about weight loss its about confidence and becoming who we know we could be. And taking the time for ourselves and not always just for others knowing that we are worth it too.
Probiotics for kids! My son is currently taking them as advised by his pediatrician. He was already consuming them through food but I will let you know on my next blog and video why he’s taking them as supplements and the benefits of probiotics.. I have taken them and keep taking them as supplements and I will testify to their benefits! Anyone else giving their child probiotic supplements?
