Do you know how awesome it is, to workout on your own schedule, when you want to, whichever time fits best in your day, you don’t have to drive anywhere, and no missing out on time with the kiddos??? Being a working mom, time is very limited to when I was able to workout. It could only be after work, and that meant missing out on the limited time I had with the kiddos And... that was only if Billy got off of work in time to watch them so I could go to the gym.
Let’s just say that my workouts barely got done, and I dreaded them when I did go, because I would rather have been at home.
I know working out from home is not for everyone, but to me, it is a solution to a problem that was making Billy and I argue, making me feel completely lost and not knowing what to do, and one that was causing me to dread it.
I can now workout for when it best fits our schedule, it doesn’t take anytime away from the kids, and it’s completely turned our lives around.
Stop looking for excuses, and start looking for something that does work for you!!!
