( m a t c h a ) 🍵
Here is my first ever #matchalatte that I prepared on Monday morning. I had to wake up extra early because I did not know how much time it was going to take me to prepare it. And guess what? It was super easy and quick! For this first homemade matcha experience, I used the #organic, #vegan @terrasana_positive_eating matcha latte with coconut blossom sugar in it that I got from @marqt in Amsterdam. I mixed 1 tbsp of the mixture and added hot soy milk. It was delicious (although I need to practice latte art a little bit!).
I was afraid of starting my decaffeinated experience this week because I just came back from my research stay abroad this weekend and felt so tired. I knew I had two intensive full-day PhD trainings at the beginning of the week and I did not really feel like dropping out my #coffee routine this week. But when you think like this, it's actually never the right moment to start... So I finally decided to give it a try anyway!
I'm trying out a few different ways of preparing matcha latte, like this one, so that you'll have alternatives. But raw matcha powder will definitely be part of this #matchaexperience of course! I can't wait to give you feedback on this experience soon! 🤗
