It is very important to visualize and think about the enormous benefits that working-out gives to your body, so you can block the negative thinking that does not allows you to train.

It is possible that your laziness arises because you have the wrong perception about exercise. You may perceive exercise as something heavy or difficult, which exhausts you even just by thinking about it.

Maybe an important key is to change the concept that makes think negatively for one that help is to realize that exercise is something that will make us feel and look good with time.

But how do I motivate myself before exercising?

- Think about how well you will feel (and you will see) after you have trained - rest enough - visualize the sport as something fun - listen to music that motivates you to exercise
- look for a partner or a friend to train with you.

The active motion are the true Range Of Motion that someone has available. Why? Because that’s is how we move, we contact muscles and these produce locomotion or horizontal level change.

So, it’s more important to increase active ROM than just stretch passively to gain a “false” flexibility. I called it false because the only way to create a real change in flexibility is through exercise and/or active movement.

I always use a combination of active and passive motions, as well as exercises in order to increase MOBILITY and FLEXIBILITY.

It is also important to work on possible restrictions using MYOFASCIAL RELEASE techniques before working on mobility and flexibility.

This video is focused on active hip INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL ROTATION. These two exercises are variations of the 90/90 stretch. In my opinion there are always different ways to do an exercise. These are variations that I use with my clients. -

Be careful believing some of these myths if you are looking to get perfect abs!

There are beliefs in the world of sport that can hurt you, especially if you are looking to exercise your abdomen.
-
Building a strong core is not a simple task, you
need to change your habits from eating to exercising.
-
Take note of these myths and don't ever believe them again.
-
"More repetitions allow you to achieve great results"
-
False: The progress plateau doing the same exercise, even adding more repetitions.
-
Fact: Try different variation of planks, start with 15 seconds holds until you reach 60 sec. If you find it very easy, put your feet on a stool.
-
Remember that no amount of repetitions replaces a balanced diet a full exercise.

“Working your abdomen should involves movement"
-
False: The exercises that require stability and isometric contractions work best.
-
Exercises that support the alignment and stability of the spine, they will also reduce the risk of injury. -
"The rotation exercises work best for your obliques"

False: not only is false, but you can also get to injury if your perform them wrong.

The best exercises axial load such (as squats or deadlift) to work inner muscles of the abdomen and maintain aligned your column.

2 cups of spinach

1 cup of coconut water without sugar

1 cup water

1 cup pineapple chopped (if is frozen, better)
