Luis Salazar, has a full-time job as a Maths teacher, while growing coffee on the side which is clearly a passion. His farm is a tiny jewel in the Zarcero region, and his mill is exactly what you’d expect from a Maths teacher – spotless and meticulously organised. We were lucky to score this beautiful microlot from Monte Brisas.
