I can say I have never been good about following a program because there are days I simple say fudge it, but as long as I keep moving I KNOW there is no way I can stop improving 💪

Faces of failure.

Woke up feeling like shit this morning. Congested, slow, and angry. This, in addition to the fact that it's hard to progress hitting the gym once a week after spending all week at Ft. Stewart made for a shitty workout. Failed on every lift (hence my disappointment selfies), although I did technically PR on OHP. I'm also pretty spent from a ruck march yesterday morning, since it's been a minute since I've really rucked. Kept pace no problem, but I'm feeling it today for sure.

First time showing you guys a few of my upper body workouts. I love legs and butt the most but gotta make sure we even it all out. Everything is done in 3 super sets of 12 reps. I don’t go super heavy and tend to start out heavy and lower the weight as I go on in the sets. Works for me but find what works for you. •
