So today I got up almost 2 hours earlier than I usually do. I went down to the gym, made myself an iced coffee, ate, and most of all relaxed. ✨
I used to take a lot of time out of my morning to workout and get myself together but since winter, I haven’t been able to get myself out of bed. It frustrates me to no end because I know it will feel good to do it, but I’m just soooo tired.
I went to bed an hour earlier than usual last night and when I had to get up it was actually 10x easier than it ever has been.
