This past week I was working on getting myself back on track after celebrating my birthday for far too long. After a couple of weeks of falling off track with my nutrition, exercise and sleep, I made it a point to focus my attention on myself. Sometimes it’s hard to say no to people you care about to take care of yourself.
I love it when I can look at my Health stats and actually SEE how my habits play into my overall health. I know I’m healthy and my numbers are good, but it’s nice to see information like this when I don’t focus on the number on the scale. It’s extremely motivating
