Many of us read books in hopes of being successful.
Some of us will make it lkewise many of won't. We say we want to be successful. We work to be more productive. And yet we manage to sabotage our path at every turn.

Perhaps it's because we don't know any better. Or maybe we have blind spots concerning our own behavior.

We are simply not committed enough to go out of our comfort zone and make success happen.

I see the patterns all the time. We are simply our worst enemies.
In a series
of posts I'd be sharing typical ways I've discovered on how perfectly smart and capable people like you and I keep ourselves from reaching our full potentials.

We've come to Day 5 of our #30DaysOfMentalCleanse
I'm sure you enjoyed yesterdays challenge as well as I did because I did out so many lovable things about myself that I had never paid attention to.
So, Today we are going to Write down our fears.
What are you worried about at the moment? What do they all have in common? How are they different?
Take note of how many of those things you have control over and those you don't have control over.

Let's see how this goes... If you having been partaking in this challenge.

Give it up for 👏👏👏👇👏 the Minister of Enjoyment and Happiness Rosemary Ihuoma Armah. The brain behind @scarlet_luxurygifts

She studied English at the University of Port Harcourt. She noticed that as a result of social media, Generation X, Millennials and Generation Z have replaced
sending birthday gifts and cards with shoutouts on social media. So @scarlet_luxurygifts was born!
In her words "we aim to foster healthy relationships through gifting. So instead of sending a shoutout on your friend’s birthday, you could send a selection of gifts, balloons ( we stock really pretty ones) and greeting cards. Balloons? You may ask but I’ve never met anyone who wasn’t excited at the sight of our balloons".

Our store is about 6 months old and it has been a rewarding journey.
Our major challenge is delivery! A dispatch bike cannot carry inflated balloons because temperature affects them.
When it’s too hot, the balloons pop. When it’s too cold they drool. We send out balloons in cabs and it’s a bit expensive for clients.
We are still struggling with gaining acceptance but at this point, we can’t complain. In the next 5 years, we hope to be a part of every celebration in our city and possibly branch out to other cities.

So today is about projecting your strengths. I've already done mine because I did it before bathing staring in the mirror.

If you are out already get a mirror or udr yoir phone screen or look for GMB door (hehehe)

Then say 10 things out loud that you love about yourself.
It can be physical or about your strengths and personality. At the end of the day, before you go to bed, say 10 things that you love about yourself again. They can be the same or they can be different. Was it easier or harder to do?
Take note of what changes.

So here we are on our second day of #30daysOfMentalCleanseChallenge

If you are like me who loves eating in front of the TV or Pressing your phone while eating this would really be a challenge.

Today, We are going to eat our meals distraction free - No TV or phone. Focus on how your food tastes. Does it taste worse? Better? Just take in your surroundings and how you feel in the moment while eating.

Do well to write down how you felt while eating in your notebook, journal or dairy.

REMEMBER THIS ALWAYS!!! Take it one day at a time.
All your dreams will come to pass when it should. Stop looking at another person's season and think it should be yours. Your time Will come - soon!

It's Okay it be Afraid but do not let fear stop you.
Most of the things I ventures in that actually scaled through are those I started off very afraid and I'm sure some people will agree with this.

Fear is an integral part of the successful, but they didn't allow it stop them.
