Walking into this week like 💃🏻 My full posing routine at the @cpalegendscup where I was awarded Best Poser Award which, meant the world to me. Posing has always been something I’ve been beyond interested in and loved so much. Being able to pose well can and will help you so much if you plan to compete. I’ve seen some competitors with GREAT physiques but just can’t pose which can really hurt your placing. Some tips I have:
1️⃣pick a pose that benefits YOUR physique and your physique only. Some poses may look good on another but doesn’t mean it’ll look good on you.
2️⃣Transitions are key, you want to look effortless moving from pose to pose.
HOLD your pose. I see a lot come out of a pose too quickly where the judges can’t quite get a good look.
3️⃣ Flow. It’s one thing to hit a pose and then just take it step by step to transition. But try adding your own little flare to it! Remember, it’s called a presentation round for a reason! Have fun with it!
Practice really does make perfect 🤗🙏🏽💃🏻
