NEWtrition. Yup itโ€™s a thing also! The word nutrition ๐Ÿฅ—๐Ÿ”๐Ÿง€ can mean anything these days, am I right?!? So many diets, detoxes, meal plans, meal delivery services, food guides, trends, fads and plenty of so-called experts claiming their method is the right way๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ. The concept of #newtrition is the new way to look at food again like it was intended, as energy and fuel for YOUR body๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ and brain ๐Ÿง . Eat in #moderation, whole foods most of the time, limit packaged foods and be mindful of portions. And if your body isnโ€™t responding, change it up or seek help because it shouldnโ€™t be rocket science to get more lean or lose weight. Obviously those who have allergies or conditions and require a dietician or medical help itโ€™s not as simple. But for the majority of us...letโ€™s all try to not overcomplicate it anymore!!

[LOCOMOVE โ€“ New Mobility Group Class]

This week, Friday, we start up a new Group Class called: LocoMove. It runs on Friday morning at 6.15-7.45am at @dutistudios ๐Ÿ‘
โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €
LocoMove is a class combining something that is called Locomotion and Movement. The methods of locomotion and movement include 45 minutes of moving through a wide range of positions with the intention of exploring and promoting general Mobility by working solo or with a partner. There after more complex skills like handstands and back bridges will be worked on for the last 45 minutes with modifications to each student's individual level๐Ÿค™

This class is for beginner and intermediate students and is an excellent class to join if you have never tried a similar thing in your life. It is not only a great class to improve Strength and Mobility it is also super fun! ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ˜

feminine strength. Iโ€™m coming to the actualisation that I donโ€™t give myself enough credit. Iโ€™ve always been so much stronger than Iโ€™ve allowed myself to believe. Pivotal points in my life where I could have taken a risk, a chance. I didnโ€™t. Why? I didnโ€™t feel I was capable? Or strong? Or unique? Or worthy? Motherhood brought me into a completely new existence. The day I gave birth to letty I realised my worth. Not just as a mother, as a woman. I believe the universe allowed me to feel every moment of that pain so that I could see where my strength lies. It was a culmination of physical, mental, emotional & spiritual strength. I had to trust the people around me, but most importantly my own body. Who many times before I had doubted. My intuition, which again, time and time over I had doubted before. But in that empowering transformation into motherhood I find now that when the doubt creeps in I welcome it, give it a warm loving hug, and say goodbye. Because as women, while we are the nurturers, so to we are the fierce. the strong. the brave. the unstoppable ๐Ÿ’ฅ
