These feet. These poor feet. I put them through SO much and they show it. They are seriously jacked up because of my career (and some bad genetics- Thanks, Mom and Grandma). Oh the sympathy I feel for any one who has to give me a pedicure. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’ve often said that my feet are the one thing I wouldn’t mind changing about myself. But they have brought me through a lot, keep taking a beating daily and continue to carry me, so I can’t complain too much. Anyone else have poor, athletic feet like me? 👣

Today I started a two month program. Mentally it will be easier than the last one I did mostly because: workouts are shorter, less strict meal planning, more flexible workout calendar, I am stronger than I was and know it’s possible to commit to such goals!

Let’s face it... we all struggle with motivation to workout consistently. Optimal results come from consistency not haphazard occasional efforts.
So how do you create a daily habit?
Here are a few tips! ————————————-
•Observe how you feel right after you exercise. Yes that feeling. Endorphins. That stuff stays with you and if you can savor that... you’ll want to do it again. Notice it and really feel it. . •Be creative with what you have. No need to even join a gym or purchase special equipment. A set of dumbbells or even just your body weight offers a multitude of options. . •When your short on time use that time efficiently instead of
Skipping it altogether. 20 minutes is better than zero minutes. Set a timer for yourself and keep moving.
________________________________________________ 😎double dumbbell swing: similar mechanics to kettlebell swing, but ... using what I have!
Keep ankles close together and dumbbells close to hips. . 😎split squat pulse/single shoulder press. Find bottom range of lunge position pulse 3 times before driving back up through heel. . 😎knee tucks: double or single.
With dumbbell by hips push down and pull knees in (either one or both) this one is challenging.💪🔥 .

4 rounds @ 60seconds on: 15 seconds off = 20 minutes
