A common question I get is actually about my hair...”why is it so thick”, or, “why do you have hair like a princess ?” I don’t know how much I agree with the last one, but hey a questions a question and it’s usually followed with “do you take any supplements?”
Truth is I think you don’t need supplements if you eat a healthy well rounded diet, and you exercise. Exercise is GREAT for cell regeneration, and eating WHOLE unprocessed foods is often enough. My day to day nutrition usually includes whole eggs, spinach, blackberries, Brazil nuts, avocado, lots of other veggies, minimal grains and varied sources of (yes) animal proteins. I find that my hair, skin and nails look the best when I get enough of these in me.
I will say that I’m kind of a candy whore from time to time, and pho? Pho-ck yeah!! Gotta live a little too...but for the next month and some change, try switching to Whole Foods and see how much better you feel and how much glossier your locks will look. 🥦. #40 Foam Roll
