#moveoftheday is a 100-second challenge that it took me about 30 seconds to finally get right.* Drop down and back like a burpee, but then do a push up, but then do a set of renegade rows, then jump up to a curl and press. #nailedit.
Day 19/💯: done (on day 21: still catching up from being sick!) *and by right I mean at least do all the moves because half my form here is NO BUENO.
