This is clearly an example of my 13 months old daughter eating better than me. Overnight chia pudding, banana, mango and beetroot powder puree, and coconut yogurt with added probiotic.
I, instead, had a protein ball on the run. This post is a reminder mostly to myself to prioritise my wealth and wellbeing, or how can I care for my daughter, finish my studies, and juggle work and a quite hectic social life in between?
So my promise for today is to have 3 meals and 2 snacks, at least 2L of water, only 1 coffee, and enjoy a long and relaxing yoga session before hitting the sack.
