It was a really good day at the Gym working back and biceps followed by cardio. If you are not hurting and wanting to quit you are not doing it right and should push just a bit harder, more reps, increase weights, run faster... Growth starts outside of your comfort zone. .

🔹We are baaack with the usual grind 💪
This session felt sooo relaxed and easy, even though I was working with the same weights. It's what deloads do. Even RPE 8s felt easier, but they were still 8s...i can't really explain 😂 ~
🔹Bench was definitely the hardest, I got my reps and all, but in comparison to rows, it's night and day. These felt so good, I feel like I was one RIR higher every set. Stoked to keep up with it 👀

What are your physique goals? Is it about size or details?
Offseason shouldn’t mean your off of a diet. If you take body building as an art serious you’ll realize the importance of specific foods remaining in your diet even after you’ve been dieting for a long period of time. (Doesn’t mean you can’t eat bad food either) Your body has adjusted and is now running off of what it’s used to. So take notes and pay attention to what food you’re taking in. Making fitness a lifestyle and let it map out your physique! Create goals , short and long term!

The squat is arguably one of the best exercises for both muscle strength and hypertrophy. It is a basic movement that has been performed by man forever. However many people struggle with they're squatting technique for various reasons. The squat can be loaded in many different ways, the most common being front and back. The technique for front and back squats is slightly different, but they have many things in common. One thing they do have in common is how different the most optimal form is from one person to another. We're all built differently and therefor the squatting technique I use might be different from what you use. A lot of people are scared to squat because so many coaches and bodybuilders preach what's the "wright" and "wrong" ways to do the exercise. I've said it before, the body is meant to move, don't be scared to exercise as long as you load all movements reasonably, meaning slow progression.
If your squatting technique works for you and is pain free, don't let anyone tell you that you're doing it wrong. .
