If you have an Instapot at home whip that bad boy out and get cooking! 🤤 This is a super fast & easy low carb option for lunch or dinner in bulk. BUT, If you’re a carb addict like me try serving yours up over jasmine or brown rice. 😋🍚

Directions:
• Cover bottom of Instapot with EVOO, sauté onion + 5lbs chicken until lightly browned
• Add 2qt Low sodium free range chicken broth
6 cloves garlic
2 tbsp cumin
3 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp cayenne
2 cans fire roasted tomatoes
1 jalapeño
1 poblano pepper
• Cook on manual for 25 min
• Serve up with fresh cilantro and avocado (that I forgot before I snapped the photo, duh! 🥑)

A huge mistake you may be making when building muscle or bulking up is eating too much food.

The goal of the bulk is to build muscle, but most people end up eating too much and get fat instead.

Your bulk ends when your 6-pack becomes a 4-pack. After this happens, you're just getting fat and it's much harder to build muscle. On top of this, you don't look as good.

You should aim to be lean year round, even when bulking. Aim to gain 1-2lbs PER MONTH. Muscle growth takes time. You can't just eat all you want and expect to gain 100lbs of muscle in one month. That's gluttony, and that's how Joffrey Lannister thinks.

Over the course of my short gaining phase last year (3 months) I focused alot on an training. I trained them more frequently, and HEAVIER. I know a lot of people are against heavy an training, they say it blows out your waist. Might be the case, but I feel that training my abs that way has really helped me develop them. More so again this off season hopefully! -

How can you control your cravings?

Firstly, we mostly crave things that we try to completely eliminate from our diet, so most logical thing to do is stop denying ourselves to certain foods.

Secondly, there is nothing bad in craving chocolate, crisps, sweets etc. whatever your heart desires, there is no harm in actually having some of those 'treats', the harm comes from portions and those foods being triggers to overindulge or even worse binge.

If you know they are triggers and you can't control yourselves try and replace those foods with something else or just buy them in a portion controlled packages. I know that I personally tend to overindulge on nuts that's why I simply don't eat them anymore and to be honest with you I don't crave them as I choose different foods to replace them with. Probably similar situation with sweets (which let's be honest do you no favours...) so I have fruits instead.

Find a way to replace your cravings and in a long run the type of food you crave will change, at least that happened to me.
