How can you control your cravings?
Firstly, we mostly crave things that we try to completely eliminate from our diet, so most logical thing to do is stop denying ourselves to certain foods.
Secondly, there is nothing bad in craving chocolate, crisps, sweets etc. whatever your heart desires, there is no harm in actually having some of those 'treats', the harm comes from portions and those foods being triggers to overindulge or even worse binge.
If you know they are triggers and you can't control yourselves try and replace those foods with something else or just buy them in a portion controlled packages. I know that I personally tend to overindulge on nuts that's why I simply don't eat them anymore and to be honest with you I don't crave them as I choose different foods to replace them with. Probably similar situation with sweets (which let's be honest do you no favours...) so I have fruits instead.
Find a way to replace your cravings and in a long run the type of food you crave will change, at least that happened to me.
