Lets see… once again calories are king…
YOUR goals and your timeframe for such, dictate how strict you have to be on your diet to still satisfy satiety and your micronutrients and still have a Macro budget to spend on other foods. 🚫Don’t villainize certain foods unless it robs you of your fibre and micros and health. 🚫Those fast fixes, marketing hypes… etc will provide you with a list of foods ranging from gluten to dairy to fruits to grains to carbs in general
Any of the these in excess that put you in a surplus WILL lead to fat gain. ⚠️⚠️😈FOODS that BURN FAT😈⚠️⚠️
🚫In reality there are NO foods that burn fat. Fat loss comes down to CALORIES not specific foods.
🚫Health gurus, certain MLMs… etc will tell you “lean meats, Isagenix shakes, any shakes, oatmeal, organic foods, lean meats…”
➡️Any of the above in surplus will lead to fat gain. ➡️Any of the above to put you in a calorie deficit will allow you to lose weight. Have your macros on point with the protein requirement met and progressive resistance training, and you will be maintaining muscle more optimally thus losing FAT % and not just “weight” ‼️‼️💥The Best Fat Loss Supplements💥‼️‼️
😈why I rarely recommend fat loss supplements:
➡️THEY CAN COST A TONNE without any real benefit
➡️Most people aren’t truly eating and training well enough to sniff the proposed benefits of most supplements ☑️Caffeine helps yes ☑️Drinking your litres of water helps – stay hydrated
☑️Nutrition focusing mainly on whole foods and nutrients helps
☑️Regular exercise and being active
☑️Plenty of sleep and destressing

After camping all weekend my low back hasn’t been very happy with me so I switched up some things on my ham glute calve abs day. First video is actually sped up 2x because I was doing 5 second holds at the top and very slow controlled negatives. I did this to take my low back out of the equation and to use much lighter weight than normal. It was far harder than I thought it would be. Then I continued with the slower pace for the rest of the workout at @lafitness which was fueled by @universalusa @animalpak @universalnutrition
