It takes conscious FOCUS on a daily basis for us to commit to changing things we don’t feel are suitable for our lives anymore. For me that means remembering each day when I wake up to stay committed to the things that I know keep me moving where I want to go. Choosing healthy foods, getting my workouts in, drinking lots of water, taking my supplements... Meditation, journaling, quiet time with myself. If I don’t do these things every single day I fall back into yucky places that only feel good temporarily or don’t feel good at all.
