This may look like a miss, but it's a huge victory! Today Mr. H and I went on a date. I like to treat myself with a delish Frisco Melt when I visit #steaknshake, but I decided the fries weren't worth the calories, so I ordered the sandwich only. ...They accidentally brought me fries by mistake, and when I told the server, she said "It's your lucky day! Have them!" It was my lucky day. So for those of you watching your calories closely, please pay attention to what you're eating and if you're using an app to calculate your calories.
ALWAYS check the label
ALWAYS CHECK THE LABEL.
Don't just scan it and presume it's true.
As seen here.
I bought the protein ball thinking it was the same as a protein bar...
So by the time I was half way through I saw that myfitnesspal was informing me i was rewarding myself with a measly 8g of protein... shocked and disappointed I checked the label and found just 6.5.... Wtf.... I thought this was a fucking PROTEIN ball.
Anyway. I also noticed the fat content was higher and the calories were also higher compared to MFP.
Point being... if you're on a fine calorie target, it's the finer points that matter.
When people are not aware of where the calories come from.... you need to check the labels.
It's anal and a pain in the ass but you put on the weight, now you need to get it off... it's on you so do the work.
Pay attention to the details.

Pay attention to your calories now not necessarily forever but while you are trying to gain or lose weight properly, I firmly believe it's a great tool to assist you. It's not forever but it is for now... If youre serious about weightloss, write it down. ✌🏼

焗烤起司馬鈴薯🧀️(30分鐘完成)
今天一早起床幫增肌的男友做這道菜,他走Dirty Building路線,所以增肌期他就是狂吃就對了,一般人我建議一顆大馬鈴薯可以分2-3次吃,並搭配其他蔬菜和蛋白質,好吃又沒有負擔。
馬鈴薯富含維生素C,相對於其他澱粉也算是個健康選擇噢!

📝食材:
馬鈴薯一顆
鮮奶 150 cc
蒜頭一片
奶油 10g
📝食譜:
1. 馬鈴薯洗淨不削皮切片,約一公分的厚度。
2. 蒜頭切碎
3. 中火,奶油下鍋融化(記得轉中火即可,不然奶油容易燒焦噢~)
4. 馬鈴薯下鍋雙面煎上色後,加入蒜頭、鹽、黑胡椒拌炒(起司會鹹了所以鹽記得少一點)
5. 加入鮮奶,轉向小火蓋上鍋蓋,計時七分鐘
6. 開蓋後轉中火收汁
7. 盛盤後鋪上厚厚的一層起司
8. 烤箱200度烤10分鐘

我這次煮7分鐘,馬鈴薯還會有一點脆脆的口感不會直接化開,喜歡~👼🏻

During your fitness / transformation journey you may have noticed that you tend to loose more when you include certain foods in your diet, which is true because this is all to do with eating the right foods.
Let me give you a few examples, I tend to loose better on the weeks that I include avocado 🥑 and fresh peppers. Of course I wouldn't go OTT and eat them everyday because it is suppose to be a balanced diet and I don't like eating the same foods everyday 😂

Super huge accomplishment for me. WOW. I literally want to shed a tear lol for years, i have struggled with my weight. I know what you’re thinking, *eye roll* but my weight has been a sensitive topic for me for as long as I can remember. During the end of elementary/ early middle school I would get picked on because I was the smallest and skinniest girl. I remember feeling so left out when all the girls in my class were hitting their growth spurts and blossoming into young women and I looked at myself in the mirror and saw what looked like a little fourth grade little girl. It wasn’t easy growing up feeling like you were different from everyone else and being bullied because of your size didn’t make it that much easier. Fast forward a few years later.. my weight was average for my age and height but I still felt really skinny. I remember when I would visit my family in Mexico, the first thing they would always say was “mija, estás bien flaquita!” Or “es todo lo que vas a comer?” In Hispanic culture, being “skinny” is definitely not the norm. As insignificant as these comments and experiences may seem, they had an impact on me and basically made me hate my body. I was in a constant battle with myself and food, and while some people would comment on how “pretty and skinny” I was, I felt entirely dissatisfied with every inch of my body. So now here we are... just a few weeks ago I decided to shut off my negative comments about myself, and I decided to change my mentality. It all began with my mind. Whether you’re trying to lose weight or gain weight, do what makes YOU happy. Don’t listen to what others say about you. Use it as a fuel and become BETTER. Most importantly, do what is going to make you HEALTHY in the long run. After 13 years, I am finally now feeling happier with my body. I’m feeling much stronger. Powerful. Confident.... and this is only the beginning. Keep pushing through, whatever your goals may be. Comment va?? Moi au top, j’ai chouchou jusqu’à mardi prochain donc ça ne pourrait pas aller mieux🥰.

Hier, c’était péruvien, causa/lomo saltado, un vrai régale. C’était, aussi, un super moment en famille où j’ai pu me ressourcer. L’énergie et l’amour qu’il me fallait pour continuer à tout assurer au quotidien🙏🏼.

J’ai sûrement trouvé un parcours pour mon run, bcp plus éclairé maintenant a voir la distance. Pour cette semaine, pas d’objectif distance mais temps, vu que je ne connais pas le nouveau chemin🤔. On verra, essaie ce soir🏃🏻‍♀️.

En attendant, c’est boulot. Je vais assuré, aussi bien, que j’ai assuré hier et vais défoncée mes objectifs👊🏻. Bisous et bonne journée mes guerriers😘💕
