Even on prep, I’m always looking for ways to fulfill my sweet tooth while hitting my macros! So, today’s macro-friendly dessert is a three ingredient, protein packed peanut butter cup 😋😋. Mix @pb2foods chocolate pb2 (1 serving) with water, to form the bottom layer. Then, mix one serving of peanut butter pb2 for the middle layer, and top it off with one serving of another chocolate pb2 layer. One of the things I love so much about this process so far is how much I have learned. Tracking my food has been the BEST thing that has happened to me. Look how disappointing this is.... I used to get salads from Habit Burger all the time. Both these salad have FIFTY GRAMS of FAT!! That is how many grams I should be getting right now in a FULL DAY! And look how many Carbs are in are in that Strawberry Balsamic salad. 🤦🏽‍♀️ I have been taking my own Salad Dressing, my own chicken and my own buns when we go out to eat. It may sound extreme but that’s what I have to do to get where I want right now. I won’t take it to this extreme forever but I have little room to mess up, and by no means do I need FIFTY extra grams of fat in one meal. These places hide all this fat in their healthy “looking” choices and it is secretly destroying us. Myfitnesspal is a life saver.
