Does anyone else struggle as much as I do to get their water intake up? Well this is what I have done to try and improve it. You may be thinking, well duh everyone does that now BUT yeah I did that too and ended up spending SO much money on fresh fruit after it goes bad after like 1 day! So I stopped doing that and sure enough went back to not being able to drink enough
so what I do now is buy a bunch of fruit veggies and herbs (whatever looks good) slice it all up in one go, put it into sandwich bags and pop it in the freezer - all ready for when I need it (and stays fresh for so long so don’t need to worry about it going bad)
I used to be really against frozen fruit and veggies l, taking the view that it’s not as good as fresh but, not sure if it’s just out here in Australia but FROZEN FRUIT (especially strawbs) TASTE INSANEEEEE and as @laurentickner always says in her vlogs - they’re frozen straight from when they are picked so they’re so good
