Decided to make an attempt at Saffron Buns (or St Lucia buns or Lussekatter buns) using #2ingredientdough this morning. I have run out of eggs so couldn’t give it a nice shiny egg wash, but the smell of these things is incredible

So with it being December n all I realised the only way to stay on track is write EVERYTHING down.. I do anyway but have gone a little bit lazy recently so it’s back to square one! I’ve also made this chart to see if I can get as many MELONS as poss 😋😳🙌🏻 !!!!
Arriving home without much expectation on my kitchen and ingredients, so I took some Canadian Bacon, 2 organic chicken breast, Pesto and some Organic Italian Penne Ziti Rigate Pasta.... 😀 So A Mangiare!!! 😋
This might’ve been me for the last few weeks. I’ve put on half a pound which isn’t terrible but my head has not been in the @ww.uk plan. As Christmas approaches I’m busier with less time to think and way more naughty things surrounding me. I’ve got my Christmas party on Friday, girls get together on Sunday and an office filled with delicious rubbish. I’m going to keep going, I’m going to start tracking again which is tricky after a couple of weeks off and I’m going to try and plan on some 0SP days for balance. One thing I know is that I’m not going back to where I was because I’m far happier now 💪🏻
I've spent this evening sorting out my Snack cupboard & writing the Smart Points values on the packets. This will save me time over Christmas when I just want to grab a quick low Smart Pointed snack. Here are the values: 20g Salted microwave popcorn (2SP). Snickers Protein bar (6SP). Mini Cadbury Flake (2SP). Cadbury Dairy Milk little bar (5SP). Time Out wafer (5SP). Milkybar mini Wowsomes (2SP). Malteser reindeer (3SP). Dairy Milk Freddo (6SP). Options & Highlights hot chocolate sachets (2SP). I bought everything from @bm_stores
I fancied something sweet after dinner so thought I'd try out one of these new WW dark chocolate & coconut bars 🍫😍🥥 They are only 2 Smart Points per bar & they have no artificial colourings or flavourings. The bar was delicious, nice & crunchy with a nice hint of coconut in it. They are available in your Wellness Workshop this week @ww.uk
Tonight's Dinner for 6 Smart Points. Chicken breast cooked with red onion, yellow peppers & a sachet of WW Smoky Chipotle marinade served with rice & salad. It was something quick I put together & it turned out really tasty.
I was all dressed and ready to go to #bodypump then ended up on the floor doubled up with stomach cramps. Not sure what’s going on: I must have the same bug my littlest was sent home from school with on Friday . I cancelled the gym. Don’t want to be rushing off to the loo mid clean n press! . But now I’m hungry 😋 so I’m trying some Turkey Chilli (0SP) and Brown Rice (6SP) . I’m worried about how not eating properly is going to affect the scales on Saturday . I guess I’ll just have to go with the flow and try my best until I’m better... which I hope will be soon because I feel yuck ☹️ x

After doing so bloody well my ‘SOULMATE’ is winning! Bread and pasta are slowly slipping back into my life!! 🙄 At least with @ww I can point it and not over indulge... it just means I need to substitute something else... Wine!? Chocolate!?... Nahhhh perhaps the extra coffees I have!!!!!
Dinner=6sp: Homemade "beef" and onion pie. @quorn_uk mince and pieces, shallots & mushrooms filling topped with light shortcrust pastry (6sp for my 50g) Served with lots of veggies. Again not the prettiest of meals but perfect comfort food.
