Going from a normal 9-5:30 job to one that has irregular hours means that I've had to become flexible on when I can actually get into the gym. I'm sure many of you can relate.
Sometimes I'm training before the sun is up, sometimes I'm training long after the sun has gone down, sometimes I can't even get training in at all which is ok! But what's not ok is, over due time this has caused for my sleeping pattern to become sporadic. At the end of the day if you're not recovering than you're not going to reach your full potential.
