I can’t believe I’ve never had an açaí bowl before this morning!
I made this açaí peanut butter bowl using 2 pouches of the açaí roots, along with 4 oz of vanilla almond milk, 1 T of peanut butter, a frozen banana, and blended until smooth. Then I topped it with my sliced fruit, chopped almonds and crunchy granola These berries are an antioxidant powerhouse and are also a great source of omegas, fatty acids, and dietary fibers, as well as protein, calcium, and vitamins A, E, and B6!
Anyone have açaí bowl recipes they want to share with me? I will be making more of them for sure!
