My first 21 day results BLEW MY MIND 🤯 After spending a lifetime of doing sports, being active, studying Exercise Science, trying running, biking, outdoor activities, doing group fitness classes, going to the gym and trying to come up with my own plans, following bodybuilding.com lifiting plans, scouring youtube videos for FREE workouts, practicing yoga, eating Paleo, juicing...at 28 years old I was resigned that this was just my body and how I looked...and then I stumbled upon this random girl on facebook and decided to try 1 👏 MORE 👏 THING 👏. I followed the meal plan to a T, did the 30 minute workouts when I could fit them in like in my friend's tiny 1 bedroom apartment living room when Chad and I were coaching there before we moved to our place (anyone remember that??) And fell in LOVE with helping other women and men achieve amazing results like I did! .
In between ➡️ a lot of traveling, moving, food eating, drinking, working out daily, following an easy and simple meal plan, living my life to the fullest feeling CONFIDENT and HAPPY 😍 .
And you know what?? I am STOKED about both sets of results! Because this is me today, after eating pancakes for breakfast (which is part of me meal plan 👌) and still loving myself and my body and what it is capable of. I am STILL in love with the workouts, and I am STILL in love with helping others get amazing results too! 💕
