It's amazing how even the smallest touch back to mother earth from the busy city life can reset and renourish the soul
I could stay here longer, but I feel very full - clean - fresh and very grateful
It's unbelievable how important it is to get back to the green and the lush - the natural and the wild - to get soggy and dirty - warm & cold - to simply relax with nothing to do - no place to be - no rush or need to get anywhere
Surrounded by the songs nature sings - the smells potent through the mind & soul
When you live in a big city like London it is incredible to see how you find yourself looking fit things to do when you try to relax. I guess running at a million miles an hour a million times a day will do that to you. We then almost cant relax - or we simply dont know how to.
Allowing yourself the time to actually relax - to think of nothing - to do nothing - is crucial
We need this time to heal We need time to rest We need time to reconnect with the lands we were created from
The hills The fields The oceans The trees The birds The bees The river The deserts The lakes The seas
