Thinking about building a coaching business and part of it is to think of your ideal client. There is an exercise we have to do where we share a story about our experience to see if it resonates with anyone else - a shared experience. So here I go, please comment below and let me know if this sounds familiar:
Working full time with two kids, trying to keep up with laundry, "healthy" meal planning (in quotes cuz that's not always true), play dates, kids sports, dentist, doctors, bills, running to catch up. Tired a lot, feeling like a zombie, drinking to veg out, getting into fights with the significant other and then, although I won't admit it out loud, wonder to myself what the stupid fight was even about. Cry sometimes for no reason, eat crap food and then feel bad about it. Yell at the kids and partner and then feel bad about it. Work out - sometimes but always feel it's not enough. Sometimes wish I had nicer things but spend the money on kids camp instead. Headaches, a lot - probably from stress. A strange new pain in my shoulder which I should get looked at but haven't had the time. Wish things would slow down. Wake up each morning and talk myself into putting a smile on my face and telling myself to get on with it - this is how life is.
