How do other mums cope with eating well themselves as well as everything else you have to do?
I don’t have time, or I can’t be bothered, or it’s cheaper, but I literally can’t stop. It’s mainly chocolate that I feel like I’m properly addicted to. 🤦🏽♀️ There are worse things; I know. But I know that it’s no good for my body and probably my mood too. But it’s just quick and easy and fills me up and gives me energy there and then. 🤷🏽♀️ I don’t really need to lose weight (although I wouldn’t mind improving my tummy area!!) but can anyone recommend a detox or diet I can try?! I need to do something but I can’t seem to find the motivation or have the time. It’s so bad that I’m embarrassed about it, my car is full of chocolate wrappers - from snacks to and from work, I wait until my partner falls asleep in the evening before I open the treats I bought earlier and I’m hiding in the kitchen from the kids to get a chocolate fix!! We are a pretty healthy household but it seems to stop when it comes to myself.
