Wednesday Workout Tip: No need to buy special handles- just use Dumbbells next time you do push-ups. Simply place the dumbbells on the floor where your hands would normally be.
The neutral grip position can help prevent pain with wrist issues. You get a bigger range of motion- so you get even more out of every rep. You can easily drop to your knees if regular pushups are too difficult. .

Let me tell you why, skipping chest day (whilst still training all other body parts) can cause muscular imbalances in your body. This could lead to bad posture, serious injury and inability to perform other exercise correctly.
