The enemy tries to distract us by way of relationships that entangle, circumstances that test our faith in God, hurt & pain from the past, etc. Many times we focus on what isn’t and lose focus of what is. Notice how the character of Jesus depicted in this video didn’t step in right away? John 16:33 “In this life there will be many trials but Jesus has overcome the world.” So it’s not that there won’t be bumps along the way but it’s that you have to recognize them as bumps, as opposed to the end point. Jesus died and rose so that we don’t have to live unsatisfied. He died so that we may have life and have it more abundantly (John 10:10). .
