It’s a hard lesson for us to keep learning on how to love ourselves, especially in this age where everyone tells us in a way to change ourselves to be accepted and loved, do not let these people the media, or even your family to trick you to change who you are just to fit in their box, be YOU And do what’s the best for you and people you love. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
for the past 2 months I’ve been facing some personal challenges, each day was getting harder to be positive and to keep on going, I won’t say that made me depressed, but I was feeling down and unmotivated, So I decided to work on that and try to face these challenges, and started following a schedule 3 days ago that I made for myself, each day Its focusing on different things, to actually make a change. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
day 1 was about the why? Why’s this happening? Why that person did that? Why I behaved like that? Why I’m not more aligned with my purpose? Why I’m unmotivated? So on .. And I tried my best to answer these questions , 2nd day giving love to people around me, to myself and to strangers ( a smile is love ) by giving love to myself I bought myself roses, my favorites, 3rd day was about taking care of the body and soul , such as meditation, exercise, skincare, reading Quran also a new meal plan, now I’m at day 4th today and was all about new strategies on how to do certain things ( some surprises are on the way) and reconnecting with my purpose. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Like this it will be clear to me on what goals I want to achieve, and what I want to change for bettering my life and myself, this plan is on for the rest of 2019, if you want to follow this plan with me you can start any day you want.
