People remember a smile, some light hearted humour, authentic kindness. That warmth stays with them well after you have delivered your content or given your advice.
They don't want a robot providing them with a service no matter how amazing that service may be.
So don't forget to take the time to allow yourself to be in the moment and enjoy the customer experience with them. You love what you do so don't forget to show them with a genuine smile that you are happy to be helping them.
Over the last few weeks, I've found my love for the ocean again. The ocean scares the heck out of me but it's so beautiful and soothing to admire and watch from the shore. My soul just reignites everytime I visit the beach. Eyes light up, the salty air fills your lungs and you feel apart of the ocean somehow.
