Haven’t really been training as hard or as heavy as I should/could for a while due to lack of motivation and a few niggling injury’s to my hip.
This is what happens when you squat and deadlift heavy often without stretching.
Been taking scaling on the weights I use, certain exercises and I’ve been stretching a hell of a lot!! At least 2/3 times a day and it’s helped a lot.
Here’s a clip from Thursday, I had already trained my legs in the morning so really I shouldn’t have deadlifted again in the evening, but I was bored and thought F it!
1st clip is 220kg x 10 no belt or straps for those who know what RPE means it was about a 6/7
2nd clip is 140kg x 15 stiff leg deadlift RPE 6/7
